Response Timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 3 business days
- Resolution: within 30 days of receiving the complaint (as required under IT Rules 2021)
Escalation
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India, once fully operationalised under the DPDP Act 2023.
