Rudraksha are seeds of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, found in the Himalayas. They are considered sacred in Hinduism and are believed to carry powerful cosmic energies.
Each Rudraksha has a specific number of faces (Mukhi) from 1 to 21. Each Mukhi is ruled by a planet wearing the right Mukhi strengthens that planet in your chart.
Rudraksha should be worn after proper energisation (prana pratishtha), ideally on the ruling day of the planet. Thread in red or black silk or gold/silver wire.
