Astrogya is built on birth data. This page explains exactly how that data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

What Birth Data Astrogya Collects

How It Is Used

Birth data is used solely to generate astrological reports and personalise the GYAN AI experience. It is never used for advertising profiling or sold to any third party.

Who Can Access It

Birth data is processed by:

• Astrogya's internal systems for chart generation and report creation
• Vedic Rishi Astrogya's astrological API provider; receives birth data via form submission to generate reports
• OpenAI birth data context is passed to OpenAI when generating GYAN AI responses

All service providers operate under data processing agreements and may not use your data for any purpose beyond service delivery.

How It Is Protected

• Birth data is encrypted using RSA encryption at rest and in transit
• Access is restricted to authorised systems only
• Supabase is used as the primary database on a multi-cloud infrastructure

Your Control

• Update or correct your birth data at any time via account settings
• Request permanent deletion via Delete My Account & Data
• Astrogya does not retain birth data after account deletion

Age Requirement

Astrogya is for users aged 18 and above. Astrogya does not knowingly collect birth data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact admin@astrogya.com immediately.
